Studio Cassava is a design-build firm based in the East Bay.
We created this firm because of our passion for bridging all types of disciplines to help others--that's why we work across design, engineering, and even R&D through Casasva Labs: product design/technology -- instructional design, hardware, and software consultation.
For construction, we do complete plans and permitting: We're established by a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). We do the complete permit process (building/planning dept.).
We can coordinate with planning departments for zoning requirements.
We can prepare (architectural) designs, Title 24, Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing (MEP).
This includes the pre-design, such as site visits, speaking with the client, getting as-builts (we have a LiDAR laser!), and helping coordination of things like surveys.
We've also got a built-in partnership for licensed stamping and doing structural engineering (w/ our structural engineering firm partner).
