2025 - A family in Dublin, CA sought removal of walls to open up their living room, new window openings, relocating their kitchen stove/hood, and installing new back-lit countertops that were inspired from TikToks. All-in-all, the space feels more vibrant and we advised on the structural engineering as well (i.e. too large window openings would cause unnecessary shear wall requirements, which we avoided).
